Shipping & returns
Everything about delivery times, costs and how to send an item back.

Delivery times
- Standard tracked delivery: 10–14 working days, depending on your country.
- Express delivery: 3–5 working days (€15.90).
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and you receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping costs
- Free tracked shipping on orders over €70.
- Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country.
Customs and duties
- Orders inside the EU include all taxes with nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Outside the EU, local customs duties may apply and are set by your country.
Tracking your parcel
- Use the Track order page with your order number and email to see the latest delivery status.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Email support@leagueclock.com with your order number and we send you the return instructions.
- Send the item back complete and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving it.
Damaged or missing parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of dispatch and we replace or refund the order.
